煤矸石烧结砖砌体锚栓后锚固抗拔稳定性试验研究

摘要:通过对不同锚固深度、锚固位置的膨胀锚栓进行拉拔试验,研究了煤矸石烧结砖砌体结构锚栓后锚固抗拔稳定性。试验结果表明:锚栓的破坏一般会经历端部的膨胀、整体滑移或锚栓穿出、墙体劈裂破坏阶段;锚固深度较浅,整体发生脆性破坏,锚固深度足够时,则出现延性破坏;随着锚固深度的增加,极限承载力先迅速增大,继而缓慢增大,最后趋于稳定;锚栓发生整体滑移破坏时,推导了极限承载力公式并给出修正系数,对于锚栓初步设计具有一定的参考性。

Experimental study on anchoring stability of coal gangue sintered brick masonry anchor

Abstract:In this paper,the pull-out test of the expansion anchors with different anchoring depth and anchoring position is carried out to study the anchoring stability of the gangue sintered brick masonry structure. The test results show that the damage of the anchor bolt generally experiences the expansion of the end,the overall slip or the piercing of the anchor bolt and the cracking of the wall,the anchoring depth is shallow,the overall brittle failure occurs,and the ductility failure occurs when the anchoring depth is sufficient. With the increase of anchoring depth,the ultimate bearing capacity increases rapidly first,then increases slowly,and finally stabilizes,when the overall slippage of anchor bolt occurs,the formula of ultimate bearing capacity is derived and the correction coefficient is given,which has certain reference for the preliminary design of anchoring.
