玻璃纤维对硫铝酸盐水泥基发泡保温板性能的影

摘要:硫铝酸盐水泥基发泡保温板抗折抗压强度低、韧性差、易干燥收缩开裂、抗冻融性差,故在硫铝酸盐水泥基发泡保温板中掺入玻璃纤维。研究结果发现:保温板干密度略微降低,导热系数略微增大,吸水率提高,抗压强度略微提高,抗折强度及韧性明显提高,干燥收缩率和冻融抗压强度损失明显减小。

Effect of glass fiber on properties of sulphoaluminate cement-based foam insulation board

Abstract:Sulphoaluminate cement-based foaming insulation board has properties of low flexural and compressive strength,poor ductility,easy drying,shrinkage and cracking,and poor freeze-thaw resistance. The study found that,after adding glass fiber into sulphoaluminate cement based foaming insulation board,the dry density of the prepared insulation board decreased slightly,the thermal conductivity increased slightly,water absorption is higher,the compressive strength increased slightly,while flexural strength and toughness increased significantly,drying shrinkage and freeze-thaw compressive strength loss is decreased obviously.
