活性粉末混凝土的制备工艺试验研究

摘要:对活性粉末混凝土的制备工艺进行试验研究。试验结果表明:消泡剂可有效降低RPC中约50%的气孔数量;采用木模浇筑、分层振捣可进一步降低气孔率;气孔的存在对RPC强度的影响甚微;高温养护可使RPC的抗压强度提高约37%,对于RPC混凝土,标准养护条件不可等效替代高温热水养护。

Study on the preparation technology of reactive powder concrete

Abstract:The preparation technology of reactive powder concrete was studied. The test results show that:defoamer can effectively reduce the number of stomata in RPC about 50%,wood mold placement and layered vibration can further reduce porosity,the existence of stomata has little effect on RPC strength,high temperature curing can effectively improve the compressive strength of RPC by 37%. For RPC concrete,standard curing conditions cannot be used to replace high temperature hot water curing.
