锰渣对水泥乳化沥青砂浆性能影响的研究

摘要:借鉴公路领域改性混凝土经验,利用锰渣作为掺合料制备改性水泥乳化沥青砂浆(CA砂浆),研究锰渣掺量对改性CA砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:锰渣的掺入会影响CA砂浆各项性能,当其掺量小于20%时,改性CA砂浆的物理性能较为稳定,工作性能趋于平稳,力学性能改善效果明显;锰渣掺量为20%时,改性CA砂浆密度为1838.0 kg/m3、膨胀率1.390%、含气量9.0%、流动度118.01 s、抗压强度21.4 MPa、劈裂抗拉强度3.42 MPa,均符合《客运专线铁路CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆暂行技术条件》的要求。

Effect of manganese slag on properties of modified CA mortar

Abstract:With reference to the experience of modified concrete for highways,modified CA mortar is prepared with the manganese slag as admixture and the effects of the amount of manganese slag on modified CA mortar are studied. The results show that adding manganese slag will affect various performances of CA mortar,when the amount of manganese slag is less than 20%,the physical performance of modified CA mortar is stable,the working performance tends to be stable,the mechanical property is obviously improved. When the manganese slag content is 20%,the modified CA mortar density is 1838.0 kg/m3,the expansion rate is 1.390%, the air content is 9.0%,the fluidity is 118.01 s,the compressive strength is 21.4 MPa,and the splitting tensile strength is 3.42 MPa. It meets the requirements of the standard Interim Technical Conditions for CRTS Ⅱ Type Slab Ballastless Track Cement Emulsified Asphalt Mortar for Passenger Dedicated Railways.
