金红石型MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2无机颜料的制备及其性能研

摘要:采用高温固相法制备了一系列新型的MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2(x=0~0.05,y=0~0.05)无机颜料。利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、Color CIE 1976 L*a*b*色度分析软件和TG-DSC等对颜料样品的结构、近红外反射性能、颜色及热稳定性等进行了测试表征。结果表明,所合成的颜料样品均为金红石型结构。Mg2+、Fe3+共掺杂的无机颜料具有高的近红外反射率,其随着Mg2+掺杂量的增加反射率逐渐增大,在700~2500 nm波长范围内的近红外反射率达80%以上。同时,合成的颜料样品还表现出良好的色度及优异的热稳定性。因此,该MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2颜料粉体可作为冷颜料应用于热反射建筑涂料。

Preparation and performance of rutile MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2 inorganic pigments

Abstract:A novel class of inorganic pigments with general formula MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2(x=0~0.05,y=0~0.05) have been successfully prepared by the high temperature solid-state method. The phase structure, near-infrared reflectance,color parameters and thermal stability were tested and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV/vis/NIR spectroscopy,color CIE 1976 chromaticity analysis
software and thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC). The results show that all synthesized pigments have
rutile structure. Mg2+,Fe3+ co-doped pigments possess high near-infrared reflectance. It can be seen that the NIR reflectance increases with increase of Mg2+ concentration. The near-infrared reflectance is up to 80% in the wavelengths ranging from 700~2500 nm. Meanwhile,the current synthesized pigments also possess good chromatic properties and thermal stability. Therefore,these MgxFeyTi1-x-yO2 pigment powders have great potential in serving as cool pigment for building coatings.
