高适应性缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的常温合成及

摘要:以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,采用双氧水(H2O2)-过硫酸铵(APS)/维生素C(VC)-硫酸亚铁(FeSO4)复合氧化还原引发体系,通过水溶液自由基聚合,常温制得一种高适应性缓释保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。分别考察了不同条件对减水剂分散性的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:初始温度25 ℃,氧化剂与还原剂质量比为6.5,酸醚比为3.0,n(HEA)∶n(HPA)=0.5∶1.5,链转移剂和AMPS用量分别为TPEG质量的0.5%、0.8%,滴加时间2.5 h。混凝土试验结果表明,当减水剂折固掺量为0.16%时,减水率达32.2%,与其他同类减水剂相比具有更好的初始分散性能和缓释保坍性能。

Research on synthesis at room temperature and performance of a high adaptation slowly-released and slump retaining type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:A high adaptation slowly-released and highly slump retaining type of polycarboxylate superplasticizer was obtained at room temperature by using Isoamyl enol polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA),2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as the main raw material,using hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-ammonium persulfate(APS) and vitamin C(VC)-ferrous sulfate(FeSO4) as the complex redox initiating system,through the aqueous solution of free radical polymerization. Through experiments,the effect of different conditions on the dispersion performance and dispersing retention performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer were discussed respectively. The best synthesis condition was that initial reaction temperature was 25 ℃,the mass ratio of oxidant and reductant was 6.5∶1,the ratio of n(AA)∶n(TPEG)
was 3.0∶1,the ratio of n(HEA)∶n(HPA)was 0.5∶1.5,the amount of chain transfer agent and AMPS was 0.5% and 0.8% of the mass of TPEG,and the titration time was 2.5 h. The concrete test results show that the water-reducing rate reaches 32.2% when the dosage of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 0.16%. At this time,it has better initial dispersing performance and slow-release property compared with the other products of the same type.
