新型改性生物聚合物对海水泥浆性能的影响

摘要:通过室内试验和环境模拟试验,评价了新型改性生物聚合物对海水泥浆胶体率、失水量、泥皮厚度、黏度等性能的影响,并研究了新型改性生物聚合物在现场钻孔灌注桩中的应用。试验结果表明,新型改性生物聚合物可作为海水配制泥浆的增黏剂材料,有较好的抗盐性能,泥浆的胶体率、失水量、泥皮厚度等性能指标均优于普通增黏剂,与进口产品性能相当。现场对比桩试验结果优于淡水造浆材料,且成本较低,可节约淡水资源,经济和社会效益明显。

Effect of new modified biopolymer on performance of seawater slurry

Abstract:The effects of new modified biopolymer on the colloidal rate,loss of water,thickness of mud cake and viscosity of seawater slurry were evaluated by laboratory and environmental simulation tests. The application of new modified biopolymer in in-situ bored pile was studied. The results show that the new modified biopolymer can be used as an tackifier material for mixing slurry with seawater,which has better salt resistance,and its performance such as colloidal rate,loss of water,thickness of mud cake are superior to those of ordinary tackifier,comparable to the performance of imported products. The results of field comparison pile test show that the performance of seawater slurry is superior to that of fresh water slurry,the cost is lower,and the fresh water resources can be saved. The economic and social benefits are great.
