磷酸镁水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯颗粒保温板的制备及性能研究

    摘要:在磷酸镁水泥-聚苯颗粒保温板中掺入部分粉煤灰降低其制备成本,并对所制备保温板的性能进行研究。结果表明:当粉煤灰掺量由0增加到45%时,磷酸镁水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯颗粒保温板的导热系数由0.095 W/(m·K)降低到0.075 W/(m·K),软化系数由0.83增大到0.97,改善了其保温隔热性能和耐水性能。此外,粉煤灰的掺入使得磷酸镁水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯颗粒保温板的连通孔数量减少,这也是磷酸镁水泥-粉煤灰-聚苯颗粒保温板导热系数降低的原因之一。

Study on preparation and properties of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenylene granule insulation board

    Abstract:Some fly ash is introduced into the magnesium phosphate cement-polybenzene particle insulation board to reduce its preparation cost,and the performance of the prepared insulation board is studied. The results showed that,when the fly ash content increases from 0 to 45%,the thermal conductivity of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particle insulation board decreases from 0.095 W/(m·K) to 0.075 W/(m·K),and the softening coefficient increases from 0.83 to 0.97,improving its thermal insulation and waterproof performance. In addition,the introduction of fly ash reduces the number of holes in the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles,which is one of the reasons for the reduction of thermal conductivity of the insulation board of magnesium phosphate cement-fly ash-polyphenyl particles.
