VPEG降黏型聚羧酸超塑化剂的合成及性能研究

摘要:采用4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)为大单体,自由基溶液聚合合成了一种对高胶材混凝土具有显著降黏效果的聚羧酸系超塑化剂(PCE-RV),采用红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对聚合物进行了结构表征,通过旋转黏度,涂-4黏度和倒置坍落度筒排空时间试验考察其降黏效果。结果显示,制备的降黏型聚羧酸超塑化剂(PCE-RV)具有明显的降黏效果,降黏效果优于某进口降黏型聚羧酸超塑化剂(PCE-K)。

Synthesis and performance study of VPEG viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:The polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-RV) with high viscosity-reducing effect on high-adhesive concrete was synthesized by free radical solution polymerization with 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether(VPEG) as macromonomer. The structure of the polymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC),and the viscosity reduction effect of the polymer were tested by rotary viscometer,coating-4 viscometer and inverted slump cylinder emptying time test. The results show that the viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE-RV) prepared by this method has obvious viscosity-reducing effect,and the viscosity-reducing effect is better than the viscosity-reducing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE-K) of a foreign multinational company.
