氟铝络合物制备无碱液体速凝剂及性能研究

摘要:采用Al(OH)3、Mg(OH)2与氢氟酸、氟硅酸制备不同的氟铝络合溶液,然后以硫酸铝、氟铝络合溶液、柠檬酸、分散增强剂、稳定剂为原料合成无碱液体速凝剂。主要研究了氟铝络合物种类和用量对速凝剂pH值、稳定性及其对水泥凝结时间、胶砂强度的影响和与水泥的适应性。结果表明,Al-Mg-Si-F络合物中Al、Mg、Si、F离子浓度分别为0.07、0.015、0.04、0.24 mol/kg时,无碱液体速凝剂的性能最佳;该无碱液体速凝剂掺量为4%~5%时,与5种不同水泥具有良好的适应性,净浆和砂浆性能符合JC 477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》要求,稳定期大于3个月。同时也符合GB/T 35159—2017《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》的要求。

Preparation and performance of alkali-free liquid accelerator with different Al-F complexes

Abstract:Aluminum fluoride complex solution was prepared by industrial Al(OH)3 and/or Mg(OH)2 with HF and/or fluorosil-icic acid,and then alkali-free liquid accelerator was synthesized with aluminum sulfate,aluminum fluoride complex solution,citric acid,disperse reinforcer and stabilizer as main raw materials. The effects of different dosage of fluorine-aluminum complex and different kinds of fluorine-aluminum complex solution on pH value and stability of accelerator,setting time of cement,strength of mortar and adaptability of different cement were studied. The results show that the properties of Al-Mg-Si-F complex accelerator with various ion concentrations of 0.07,0.015,0.04 and 0.24 mol/kg are the best. The 4%~5% dosage range of the alkali-free liquid accelerator can satisfy the requirements of JC 477—2005 standard,and has good adaptability to five cement from different areas. The stable period is longer than 3 months. At the same time,it also meets the requirements of the new standard GB/T 35159—2017 "Accelerator for Shotcrete" about alkali-free accelerator.
