电气石负离子粉改性沥青的制备及性能研究

摘要:电气石负离子粉作为一种新型无机沥青改性剂,不仅能有效提高沥青的高低温性能,且具有安全无毒、价格低廉等优势。采用3种表面改性剂对电气石负离子粉进行表面改性以提高其与沥青的相容性与分散性,并制备了电气石负离子粉改性沥青。采用SHRP计划中DSR及BBR试验评价了改性沥青的高低温性能。结果表明,硬脂酸钠对电气石负离子粉的表面有机化效果最好,最佳用量为电气石负离子粉质量的6%,其活化指数达到86%。当改性电气石负离子粉掺量为沥青质量的16%时,高温稳定性可比原沥青提高24%,低温抗裂性可提高19%。

Preparation and properties of tourmaline anion powder modified asphalt

Abstract:As a new type of inorganic asphalt modifier,tourmaline anion powder can not only effectively improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt,but also has the advantages of safety,non-toxicity and low price. In view of this,three kinds of surfactants were used to modify the tourmaline anion powder to enhance its compatibility and dispersibility with asphalt. The tourmaline anion powder modified asphalt was prepared and the DSR and BBR in the SHRP plan were adopted to evaluate the high and low temperature properties of the modified asphalt. The results showed that the best effect was obtained when 6% sodium stearate was used as the surface modifier for the mass of tourmaline anion powder,and the activation index reached 86%. When the modified tourmaline anion powder content is 16% of the asphalt mass,the high temperature stability can be increased by 24% compared with the original asphalt,and the low temperature crack resistance can be increased by 19%.
