老化时间对聚合物改性沥青低温粘结性能的影响

摘要:研究了老化时间和低温对SBS改性沥青和PE改性沥青拉伸粘结强度的影响,并通过四组分试验对其机理进行分析。结果表明,温度区间不同,拉伸粘结强度随老化时间的变化规律不同。当温度高于-15 ℃时,PE改性沥青的拉伸粘结强度大于SBS改性沥青;当温度低于-15 ℃时,SBS改性沥青的拉伸粘结强度大于PE改性沥青;热老化48 h内,随着温度的降低,拉伸粘结强度峰值会前移,当老化时间为48 h时,拉伸粘结强度随温度的降低大幅减小;随老化时间的延长,高玻璃态转化温度组分的含量逐渐增大,而低玻璃态转化温度组分的含量逐渐减少。

Effect of aging time on low temperature bonding properties of polymer modified asphalt and its mechanism

Abstract:The effects of aging time and low temperature on the tensile bond strength of SBS modified asphalt and PE modified asphalt were studied through experiments,and its mechanism was analyzed through four component test. The results showed that the tensile bond strength varies with aging time with different temperature ranges. The tensile bond strength of PE modified asphalt is higher than that of SBS modified asphalt at a temperature higher than -15 ℃,and when the temperature is lower than -15 ℃,SBS modified asphalt tensile bond strength is greater than PE modified asphalt. When the aging time is less than 48 h,the tensile bond strength will peak with the decrease of the temperature,and the temperature corresponding to the peak will gradually move forward. When the aging time is 48 h,the tensile bond strength decreases greatly with the decrease of temperature. With the aging time prolonged,the content of the high glass transition temperature components increased gradually,while the low glass transition temperature components content gradually decreased.
