A级酚醛防火保温板的导热系数 影响因素研究

摘要:采用玻璃纤维针刺毡和水溶性酚醛树脂制备了A级酚醛防火保温板,考察了玻璃纤维针刺毡密度、保温板树脂含量和保温板密度对其导热系数的影响。结果表明,保温板导热系数随针刺毡密度增大而降低,随树脂含量和保温板密度增大呈先降低后增大的趋势。

Effects on thermal conductivity coefficient of grade A phenolic insulation board

Abstract:Grade A phenolic insulation boards were manufactured by the glass fiber needled felts and water-soluble phenolic resin. The effects of glass fiber needled felts density,board resin content and density on the thermal conductivity coefficient of these insulation boards were further investigated. The results show that the thermal conductivity coefficient of studied insulation boards drops as the glass fiber needled felts density increasing. And the trend of firstly decline and secondly increase appears in the thermal conductivity coefficient of insulation boards as the board resin content and density improving.
