贵阳地区酒店类大型公共建筑 运行能耗分析

摘要：选取贵阳地区安装有能耗监测系统的某酒店建筑为对象，分析酒店类大型公共建筑历年用电能耗、分项用电能耗、不同季节能耗、逐月能耗和逐日能耗情况，讨论季节、室外温度和人员行为等因素对建筑能耗的影响，研究建筑能耗的变化规律。结果表明，空调能耗是酒店主要能耗，占1/3以上，呈季节性变化。照明插座用电、动力用电和特殊用电能耗则相对稳定。逐日能耗受室外温度影响，逐时能耗则同时受室外温度和人员行为的影响。

Operational energy consumption analysis of hotel-type large public buildings in Guiyang area

Abstract：Taking a hotel building with energy consumption monitoring system in Guiyang as the object，the energy consumption of hotel-type large public buildings over the years， the energy consumption by items，the energy consumption in different seasons，the energy consumption by month and the energy consumption by day were analyzed. The influence of season，outdoor temperature and personnel behavior on building energy consumption and variation of building energy consumption were studied in this paper. The results show that air-conditioning energy consumption with seasonal changes was the main energy consumption of hotels，accounting for more than 1/3. Energy consumption of lighting and sockets，power and special power consumption was relatively stable. Daily energy consumption was affected by outdoor temperature，while hourly energy consumption was affected by both outdoor temperature and personnel behavior.
