摘要:以煤矸石粉煤灰及重油粉煤灰为研究对象,首先对比其与普通燃煤粉煤灰的物理化学性能差异,然后分析不同种类粉煤灰与聚羧酸减水剂及引气剂的适应性,结果表明:煤矸石粉煤灰与混凝土减水剂存在一定的适应性问题,会导致减水剂的初始掺量较普通粉煤灰提高20%,且经时流动性损失加剧;重油粉煤灰严重影响引气剂的引气能力,混凝土达到同等含气量时其引气剂掺量是普通粉煤灰的20倍,且混凝土的泵送流动性损失最大。

Study on compatibility of coal gangue fly ash and heavy oil fly ash with concrete admixture

Abstract:Focus on fly ash of coal gangue and fly ash of heavy oil,the physical and chemical properties are compared with ordinary fly ash,and then adaptability of various kinds of fly ash with polycarboxylic acid reducer and air entrant is analyzed. The results show that there is a certain adaptability problem between coal gangue fly ash and water reducing agent,which can increase the initial amount of water reducing agent by 20% compared with ordinary fly ash and increase the loss of liquidity. Heavy oil fly ash has a serious influence on the air entraining capacity of air entrainning admixture,which is 20 times more than that of ordinary fly ash when it reaches the same air content,and the concrete after pumping has the greatest loss of fluidity.
