一种高流态道路修补压浆料的试验研究

摘要:为了弥补传统压浆料的缺点,在以硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的基础上,通过单因素试验对水胶比、胶砂比及掺加硫铝酸盐水泥进行系统研究,成功配制出具有高流态及良好早期强度的有砂型孔道压浆料。试验结果表明:随着水胶比的增大,压浆料的初始截锥流动度与30 min截锥流动度均有变快的趋势,水胶比为0.3、胶砂比在1.0~2.5时,硫铝酸盐水泥掺量为8%左右时浆体流动性最佳。

Experimental study on a high fluidity road repair grouting material

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional mortar,this paper introduces a new type of mortar. On the basis of using Portland cement as main cementitious material,the water-cement ratio,cement-sand ratio and sulphoaluminate cement were systematically investigated by single factor experiment. The mortar with high flowing state and good early strength was successfully prepared. The experimental results show that with the increase of water-cement ratio,the initial flowing seconds and 30 minutes of mortar are increased. When the water-cement ratio is 0.3 and the cement-sand ratio is 1.0~2.5,the slurry fluidity is the best when the content of sulphoaluminate cement is about 8%.
