机制生土砖专用砂浆力学性能试验研究

摘要:为解决机制生土砖之间的粘结问题,以水泥、粉煤灰、砂、胶粉和纤维素醚为原料研发了专用砂浆。测试了机制生土砖专用砂浆的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量及泊松比等基本力学参数,对比分析了专用砂浆与普通水泥砂浆基本力学性能的差异。结果表明:按照普通水泥砂浆强度等级配制的专用砂浆,其立方体抗压强度较普通砂浆有所降低,且砂浆强度等级越高降低幅度越大;专用砂浆弹性模量小于相同强度等级普通砂浆,且砂浆强度等级的变化对专用砂浆弹性模量的影响较小;专用砂浆泊松比与普通砂浆差异较小,可使用普通砂浆的泊松比。研究结果可为机制生土砖砌体的承载力计算提供参考。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of the special mortar for the mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of bond behavior in the mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks,the special mortar was developed with cement,fly ash,sand,rubber powder and cellulose ether as raw materials. The cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of special mortar for mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks are tested,and the differences of basic mechanical properties between special mortar and ordinary cement mortar are compared and analyzed. The results show that the cube compressive strength of special mortar prepared according to the strength grade of ordinary cement mortar is lower than that of ordinary mortars and the reduces amplitude decreases with the increase of mortar strength grade. The elastic modulus of special mortar is less than that of ordinary mortar with the same strength grade,and the change of mortar strength grade has less influence on the elastic modulus of special mortar. Poisson's ratio of special mortar is less different from that of ordinary mortar,and the Poisson's ratio of common mortar can be used continuously. The research results can provide reference to calculation of bearing capacity of mechanical pressing raw-soil bricks masonry.
