新型绿色墙体发泡砖的研制与性能研究

摘要:采用4因素4水平的正交试验,优化了脱硫灰与矿渣复合制备新型墙体发泡砖中添加剂的成分配比,对优化配比方案下发泡砖的物相组成与微观形貌进行了观察,并分析了发泡砖的水化反应机理。结果表明,绿色墙体发泡砖中添加剂的最佳配比为:减水剂掺量0.01%、速凝剂掺量0.2%、水玻璃掺量0.5%、柠檬酸钠掺量0.05%;优化添加剂配比的发泡砖28 d自然养护后的抗压强度为8.98 MPa、干密度为802 kg/m3、干燥收缩0.31 mm/m、导热系数0.13 W/(m·K),符合B08级要求;水化产物主要有Ca(OH)2、C-S-H、AFt和三碳铝酸钙,这些水化产物的形成有助于提高发泡砖的强度。

Research on development and performance of new green wall foamed bricks

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment with four factors and four levels was used to optimize the proportion of additives in the preparation of new wall foamed bricks by coupling desulfurization ash and slag,the phase composition and micro-morphology of foamed bricks under the optimized proportion scheme were observed,and the hydration reaction mechanism of foamed bricks was analyzed. The results show that the optimum proportion of additives in green wall foamed bricks is:water reducer content is 0.01%,accelerator content is 0.2%,sodium silicate content is 0.5% and sodium citrate content is 0.05%. The compressive strength of foamed bricks with optimized additives ratio after 28 days of natural curing is about 8.98 MPa,dry density is 802 kg/m3,drying shrinkage is 0.31 mm/m,thermal conductivity is 0.13 W/(m·K),which conforms to B08 requirements,under the optimum additive mixing scheme,the hydration products in foamed bricks are mainly Ca(OH)2,C-S-H,AFt and calcium tricarbonate,the formation of
these hydration products helps to improve the strength of foamed bricks.
