脱硫石膏代替天然石膏生产加气混凝土砌块的可

摘要：通过试验研究脱硫石膏代替天然石膏生产粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块，分析其可行性及工艺参数的变化规律，优化配合比及生产工艺参数。结果表明，脱硫石膏可以代替天然石膏生产粉煤灰蒸压加气混凝土砌块，制品干体积密度及抗压强度均能符合GB/T 11968—1997《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》B06级加气混凝土砌块要求，具有较好的经济效益。

Study on feasibility and technology of producing aerated concrete block by replacing natural gypsum with desulfurized gypsum

Abstract：We did an experiment to study the production of fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block with desulfurized gypsum instead of natural gypsum，after analyzing the feasibility and variation rule of process parameters，we tried to optimize the mix proportion and production process parameters. Studies have shown that desulphurization gypsum can replace natural gypsum to product fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete block，the dry volume density and compressive strength of the products can meet the requirements of B06 in national standard GB/T 11968—1997 "Aerated concrete block"，and it can bring better economic benefits.
