不同离析程度下改性水性环氧树脂的封水效果评价

摘要:采用AC-20沥青混合料试件,分别研究了不同离析情况下改性水性环氧树脂的处治效果。结果表明:随着离析程度的增大,处治材料用量增加;处治后试件渗水系数显著降低,且随着水性环氧树脂用量的增加,试件的渗水系数逐渐降低,涂刷次数的增加可有效减少处治材料中水性环氧树脂的含量;由于处治材料处治的只是试件的表面层,起到“封水”效果,内部填充较少,因此总体空隙率降低幅度不大。

The sealing water effect evaluation upon different degree of segregation for modified water-based epoxy resin emulsion

Abstract:The treatment result of water-based epoxy resin emulsion upon different segregation conditions was studied by using AC-20 asphalt specimens. The study shows that the treatment materials are increasing with increase of segregation degree. The water permeability coefficient decrease significantly after treating,and it decreases when the water-based epoxy resin emulsion content increase. Also the times of brush can decrease the water-based epoxy resin emulsion content effectively. Because the treatment materials just treat the surface of specimen,play a sealing water effect and fill little inside,the overall void ratio is not significantly reduced.
