新型聚醚EPEG常温制备聚羧酸系高性能减水剂及其

摘要:采用新型聚醚大单体(EPEG)于常温条件,在引发剂作用下,1.5 h内发生自由基共聚反应,制得聚羧酸系高性能减水剂,该减水剂具有低掺量、高减水率、低坍落度损失、分子结构设计自由度大、生产工艺绿色化等优点。试验结果表明,其最佳反应工艺参数为:酸醚比4.5,引发剂和链转移剂用量均为单体总质量的0.4%,15~35 ℃条件下反应,滴加时间1.0 h,保温时间为0.5 h。

Preparation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and its performance at room temperature
using novel polyether EPEG

Abstract:High performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer was prepared by free radical copolymerization of a new type of polyether(EPEG)within 1.5 hours under the reaction of initiator under normal temperature conditions. The water reducer has advantages of low doage,high water reduction rate,low slump loss,freedom of design of molecular structure,and green production. The test results showed that the optimum reaction parameters were:the ratio of acid to ether was 4.5,the amount of initiator was 0.4%(percentage of total monomer mass),and the amount of chain transfer agent was 0.4%(of total monomer mass),The reaction was carried out at 15~35 °C,the addition time was 1.0 h,and the incubation time was 0.5 h.
