水化调控型聚羧酸减水剂的制备及研究

摘要:采用丙氨酸与4-羟丁基乙烯基醚先酯化制备丙氨酸酯化单体,再以HM0046、丙氨酸酯化单体、HAM为主要原料,共聚合成水化调控型聚羧酸减水剂PC-1。研究了不同侧链长度、丙氨酸酯化单体和HAM用量对水化调控型聚羧酸减水剂性能的影响。试验结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为:HAM、丙氨酸酯化单体、2-羟基-2-亚磺酸基乙酸钠和3,6-二氧-1,8-辛二硫醇用量分别为单体总质量的2%、4.5%、0.7%和0.85%,n(H2O2)∶n(2-羟基-2-亚磺酸基乙酸钠)=5∶1。经测试验证,该合成减水剂PC-1与市售早强型聚羧酸减水剂PC-2相比,收面时间和初凝时间明显缩短,6 h、1 d、7 d和28 d混凝土抗压强度相当。在盾构管片施工过程中采用PC-1性能较佳,可有效提高生产效率。

Preparation and study on polycarboxylic acid reducer of hydration control type

Abstract:The synthesis of alanine esterification monomers was prepared by using alanine and 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl ether. Polycarboxylic acid reducer of hydration control type was synthesized by monomers including HM0046,alanine esterification monomers and HAM. The effects of the different side chain length,the dosage of alanine esterification monomers and HAM on Polycarboxylic acid reducer of hydration control type performance were discussed. The experimental result showed that the Polycarboxylic acid reducer of hydration control type had a optimized preparation condition at the dosage of HAM,alanine esterification monomers,2-hydroxy-2-sulfonic acid and 3,6-two oxygen-1,8-symplectic two mercaptan was 2%,4.5%,0.7% and 0.85% of total mass respectively,n(H2O2)∶n(2-hydroxy-2-sulfonic acid)=5∶1. Compared with PC-2,the hydration-controlled poly-carboxylate
superplasticizer PC-1 significantly shortened the surface time and initial setting time,and the compressive strength was equivalent at 6 h,1 d,7 d and 28 d. PC-1 performance is better in the construction process of shield segments,which can effectively improve production efficiency by cases testing.
