小坍落度保持型聚羧酸保坍剂的合成及性能研究

摘要：以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚（TPEG）、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟丙酯为原料，根据自由基聚合原理，合成了小坍落度保持型聚羧酸保坍剂。其最佳合成工艺为：酸醚比1.8，酯醚比2.5，链转移剂巯基丙酸和还原剂维生素C用量分别为单体总质量的0.8%和0.45%，反应温度为25 ℃。并通过红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱分析了该保坍剂的分子结构，同时验证了其在新拌混凝土中的应用效果。

Study on the synthesis and properties of low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent

Abstracts：Low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent were synthesized utilizing Isoamyl enol polyoxyethylene ether，acrylic acid，hydroxypropylacrylate as raw materials based on the reaction theory of free radical copolymerization. The best synthesis process is as follows：the ratio of acid to ether is 1.8，the ratio of ester to ether is 2.5，the amount of chain transfer agent Mercaptopropionic Acid is 0.8% of the total mass of monomer，the reaction temperature is 25 ℃，and the amount of reducing agent Vitamin C is 0.45% of the total mass of monomer. The molecular structure of the low collapse polycarboxylate slump-loss resistance agent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and gel permeation chromatography，and its application effect in the new mixed concrete was verified.
