本体聚合制备固体缓释型聚羧酸减水剂的工艺研

摘要:采用本体聚合工艺,以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,研究了本体聚合工艺中反应温度、引发剂投料方式、引发剂用量、单体摩尔比和单体滴加时间对制备固体缓释聚羧酸减水剂分子结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着反应温度的升高,制备的固体缓释型聚羧酸减水剂转化率略有提高,初始分散性逐渐降低,在80 ℃时缓释效果最佳;AINB用量为0.4%,采用滴加工艺,单体摩尔比为:n(AA)∶n(HEA)∶n(TPEG)=2.0∶2.5∶1.0,AA和HEA分别滴加3 h,所制备的减水剂分散性能最好。

Study on synthetic process of solid sustained-release polycarboxylate water reducer utilizing
the method of bulk polymerization

Abstract:In this paper,the synthetic process of isoprenol polyethylene glycols ether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA) and hydroxye-
thyl acrylate(HEA) was studied using the azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator by bulk polymerization. The effects of polymeriz ation temperature,feeding modes and dosages of inhibitor,monomer molar ratio and feeding time on the copolymer structure and properties were investigated. The results show that the conversion rate of synthesized sustained-release polycarboxylate increased and initial dispersing ability decreased as the polymerization temperature rising. The sustained-release performance was better when the polymerization temperature was 80 ℃. The best performance can obtain under the optimum synthetic process: the ratio of AA,HEA and TPEG is 2.0∶2.5∶1.0,the dosage of AIBN is 0.4% of initiator-to-monomer and feeding time of AA and HEA is 3 h.
