塑料拉伸屈服强度检测实验室能力评价方法的研

摘要:浙江省内检验机构开展了塑料拉伸屈服强度检测能力验证工作。研究了样品制备,采用单因子方差分析(one way ANOVA)对其进行均匀性检验,按照■-■<0.3 σ准则对其稳定性进行检验。对各检测实验室结果统计、能力评定等进行了研究,选用Z比分数法评价各参加实验室的拉伸屈服强度测试结果,并对测试技术进行分析,提出了建议。结果表明,该能力验证方法可以评价各参加实验室的塑料拉伸屈服强度检测能力。

Research on evaluation method of plastic tensile yield strength testing laboratory

Abstract:The inspection organization of Zhejiang province has carried out the proficiency testing of plastic tensile yield strength testing. The preparation of the samples was studied. The homogeneity of the samples was tested by one way ANOVA (single factor analysis of variance) and its stability was tested according to ■-■<0.3 σ criterion. The results of each test laboratory and the ability evaluation were studied,the results of the test results and ability evaluation were studied. The Z ratio method was used to evaluate the tensile yield strength test results of each laboratory,and the test technology was analyzed and some suggestions were put forward. It indicates that the proficiency testing method can evaluate the plastic tensile yield strength testing ability of each participating laboratory.
