摘要:为了合理确定温拌布墩岩沥青(BRA)混合料的最佳拌和压实温度,评价BRA及BRA复配SBS改性温拌沥青混合料的路用性能和水温耦合作用下的耐久性。对不同压实温度下的温拌和热拌BRA改性沥青混合料试件的空隙率进行对比分析,并通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验及汉堡车辙试验研究了温拌BRA改性沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明,采用“等空隙率法”确定温拌BRA改性沥青混合料拌和压实温度合理可行;随着BRA掺量增大,BRA和BRA复配SBS温拌改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性显著提高;在高温多雨地区推广应用BRA复配SBS温拌沥青混合料具有较好的技术优越性;实际工程中建议BRA的适宜掺量为20%。

Design and performance evaluation of BRA and BRA compound SBS modified warm mix asphalt mixture

Abstract:In order to reasonably determine the optimum mixing and compaction temperature of the warm mixed pier rock bitumen(BRA) mixture,the road performance and the durability of the water and temperature coupling of the BRA and BRA compounded SBS modified warm mix asphalt mixture were evaluated. The void ratios of the warm-mixed and hot-mixed BRA modified asphalt mixture specimens at different compacting temperatures were compared and the pavement performance of the war mixed BRA modified asphlat mixture was analyzed by rutting test,low temperature bending test,water immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw split test and Hamburg rutting test. The results show that it is reasonable and feasible to determine the mixing temperature of warm mixed BRA modified asphalt mixture by "equal void ratio method". With the increase of BRA content,BRA and BRA compound SBS warm mixed asphalt mixture high temperature stability and water stability are significantly improved,the application of BRA compounded SBS warm mix asphalt mixture in high temperature and rainy areas has good technical superiority,in practical engineering,the suitable blending amount of BRA is 20%.
