试样厚度和温差对模塑板导热系数测试结果的影响

    摘要:采用稳态热流计法,试样厚度以10 mm为间隔,测试温差以10 ℃为间隔,测试了10~40 ℃温差条件下的15~100 mm厚白色模塑板及黑色模塑板的导热系数。结果表明:随着试样厚度的增大,导热系数测试结果与理论不相符,呈现增大趋势,且当试样过薄或过厚时,测试结果相对偏差较大,超出设备测试准确度范围±3%;温差对试样导热系数测试结果的影响很小,白色和黑色聚苯板的导热系数测试相对偏差均在±0.5%以内。

Effect of thickness and temperature difference on test results of thermal conductivity of molded plates

    Abstract:The steady state heat flow meter is used as the test method. The intervals of thickness and temperature difference of the sample is 10 mm and 10 ℃. The thermal conductivity of 15 mm to 100 mm white molded sheets and black molded sheets under the temperature difference of 10 ℃ to 40 ℃ was tested. The test results show that with the increase of the thickness of the sample,the thermal conductivity coefficient is inconsistent with the theory and shows a growing trend. When the sample is too thin or too thick,the relative deviation of the test results is large,exceeding the accuracy range of the equipment test ±3%. The temperature difference has little effect on the test results of the thermal conductivity. The relative deviation of the thermal conductivity test of both the white and black polystyrene plates is less than ±0.5%.
