耐盐碱型改性沥青防水卷材的抗氯离子渗透性能研究

    摘要:根据内蒙古盐碱地较多的问题,采用SBS弹性体、废胶粉及耐盐碱剂等材料为改性剂,通过高温剪切法制备出耐盐碱性改性沥青防水卷材。重点对防水卷材的抗氯离子渗透性进行研究。结果表明,适宜掺量的废胶粉、填料及合适的加工温度能显著增强沥青防水卷材的抗氯离子渗透性能,相同条件下,粉煤灰的改性效果优于滑石粉。制备的耐碱型沥青防水卷材具有良好的经济效益和工程应用前景。

Study on the performance of resistance to penetration of chloride ion for salt-alkali-resistant modified asphalt waterproofing materials

    Abstract:According to the problems of more saline-alkali lands in Inner Mongolia, SBS elastomer,waste rubber powder and salt-alkali resistant agent were used as modifiers to prepare salt-alkali resistant modified asphalt waterproofing materials by high temperature shearing method. The chloride ion penetration resistance of modified asphalt waterproofing materials was mainly studied. The results show that the chloride ion penetration resistance of asphalt waterproofing membrane can be significantly enhanced by the appropriate amount of waste rubber powder,filler and suitable processing temperature. Under the same conditions,the modification effect of fly ash is better than that of talcum powder. In addition,the alkali-resistant asphalt waterproofing membrane prepared in this study possesses good economic benefits and engineering application.
