水化热抑制剂和抗裂剂对混凝土基本性能的影响

    摘要:研究了水化热抑制剂(0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%)、抗裂剂(0、3%、5%、8%、10%)及其复合(水化热抑制剂1%+抗裂剂5%)对混凝土新拌性能、力学性能、温升特性及体积稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:水化热抑制剂会明显降低混凝土的出机坍落度和扩展度,缩短混凝土的坍落度保持时间,抗裂剂掺量在5%以内对新拌混凝土性能无明显影响;水化热抑制剂会显著降低混凝土1 d强度,其它龄期强度均有不同程度降低,抗裂剂对混凝土力学性能影响不明显;水化热抑制剂单掺会大幅度降低混凝土温升,复掺的降温效果不理想,抗裂剂会提高混凝土的温峰,但可以减少混凝土的收缩,水化热抑制剂会在一定程度上增加混凝土的收缩。

Influence of hydration heat inhibitor and crack-resistant agent on the basic properties of concrete

    Abstract:In this paper,the influence of hydration heat inhibitor(0,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%) and crack-resistant agent(0,3%,5%,8%,10%)and double mixing(hydration heat inhibitor 1%+crack-resistant agent 5%)on the fresh performance,mechanical properties,temperature rise characteristics and volume stability of concrete are studied. The results show that the hydration heat inhibitor can obviously reduce the slump and expansion of concrete and shorten the retention time of concrete slump;the content of crack-resistant agent within 5% has no obvious effect on the performance of fresh concrete;the hydration heat inhibitor can significantly reduce the strength of concrete for 1 d and slightly for other ages while the effect of crack-resistant on concrete mechanical properties is not obvious. The temperature rise of concrete will be greatly reduced by adding hydration heat inhibitor alone,the cooling effect of double mixing is unsatisfactory,and the temperature peak of concrete will be increased by crack-resistant agent. Crack-resistant agent can reduce the shrinkage of concrete but hydration heat inhibitor will increase the shrinkage of concrete slightly.
