HDPE/CF复合材料双壁波纹管的研制

    摘要:利用双螺杆挤出制备了HDPE/CF复合材料,研究了各组分及配比对复合材料性能的影响,并制备双壁波纹管材。试验结果表明,HDPE-g-MAH对复合材料具有良好的增容作用。碳纤维(CF)对HDPE具有较好的增强、增刚作用,耐热性和密度略有增大,冲击强度有所下降。在碳纤维含量20%时,HDPE的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量分别提高了23.0%、57.5%、118.0%,维卡软化点提高了2 ℃,密度增大了8%。CF对HDPE结晶无成核作用,也不影响HDPE的结晶度和晶型。复合材料具有良好的加工性能,通过合适配比制备的双壁波纹管,与同等级普通HDPE双壁波纹管材相比HDPE用量可减少约20%。

Research and manufacture of double-wall corrugated pipes with high density polyethylene/carbon fiber composite

    Abstract:High density Polyethylene/carbon fiber composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion and the effects of various components and mix ratio on the properties of composite were studied. The results showed that HDPE-g-MAH had a good compatibilization effect to composites. Carbon fibers have good reinforcing and stiffening effects on HDPE,with slightly increased heat resistance and density,and decreased impact strength. The tensile strength,flexural strength,flexural modulus,Vicat softening point and density of HDPE were increased by 23%,57.5%,118%,2 ℃ and 8% respectively when the carbon fiber content was 20%. Carbon fibers have no nucleation effect on the crystallization of HDPE,and have no effect on the crystallinity and crystalline form of HDPE. The composite material has good processing performance,and the prepared double-wall corrugated pipe can reduce the raw material by more than 20% compared with the ordinary HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe of the same grade.
