全气候下紫外光对沥青混合料路用性能的影响

    摘要:以AC-13改性沥青混合料为研究对象,采用全气候老化加速仪进行不同紫外光辐照强度下0~3000 h老化试验。对老化后的沥青混合料分别进行高温车辙、低温小梁弯曲、冻融劈裂及疲劳试验,对比分析沥青混合料老化前后路用性能的变化。结果表明:相同的热氧老化和湿度条件下,增大紫外光辐照强度,沥青混合料的高温稳定性呈先提高后降低,劲度模量提高,但低温抗裂性略有降低,水稳定性和疲劳性能降幅明显。

Influence of ultraviolet radiation on pavement performance of asphalt mixture for whole weathering

    Abstract:Using AC-13 modified asphalt mixture as the research object,the whole weathering accelerator was used for 0~3000 hrs aging test at different UV intensities. The aging asphalt mixtures were subjected to high-temperature rutting,low-temperature trabecular bending,freeze-thaw splitting and fatigue tests,respectively,comparing and analyzing the changes of pavement performance for asphalt mixtures. The results showed that when the conditions of thermal oxygen aging and humidity were same,the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture increased first and then decreased after increasing the intensity of UV. With the increase of the stiffness modulus of the asphalt mixture,the crack resistance at low temperature decreased slightly. On the contrary,the water stability and fatigue performance of the asphalt mixture decreased greatly.
