掺废旧混凝土再生骨料干粉砌筑砂浆的性能研究

    摘要:对掺废旧混凝土再生骨料干粉砌筑砂浆的技术性能进行了研究。结果表明,当再生骨料掺量为20%左右时,硬化砂浆的28 d抗压强度达到峰值,再生骨料掺量为40%时,硬化砂浆的28 d抗压强度与不掺再生骨料的砂浆基本相当;通过添加Ⅱ级粉煤灰、保水增稠剂(HPMC)及自制调节剂(J-1),优化砂浆2 h稠度损失率、保水率、凝结时间、28 d抗压强度及抗冻性能等,制备出各项指标均符合GB/T 25181—2010《预拌砂浆》要求的M10普通干粉砌筑砂浆,验证了废旧混凝土再生骨料应用于干粉砌筑砂浆的可行性。

Study on the performance of dry mortar that mixed with concrete recycled aggregate

    Abstract:The technical performance of concrete-filled aggregate dry mortar is studied. The results show that when the blending ratio of recycled aggregate is about 20%,the 28 d compressive strength of the hardened mortar reaches a peak. When the proportion of recycled aggregate is 40%,the 28 d compressive strength of the hardened mortar is basically the same as that of the mortar without the recycled aggregate. We prepared the M10 grade dry powder masonry mortar by adding the grade Ⅱ powder fly ash,water retention thickener(HPMC),and self-made conditioner(J-1). This material meets the requirements in terms of the 2 h
consistency loss rate,water retention rate,setting time,28 d compressive strength and antifreeze performance. Prepared M10 grade dry masonry mortar meets the requirements of GB/T 25181—2010 "Premixed Mortar". The feasibility of applying concrete recycled aggregate to dry powder masonry mortar was verified.
