微生物矿化技术制备不锈钢渣砖

    摘要:采用微生物矿化技术针对冶炼废渣进行资源化利用,以不锈钢渣为胶凝材料,熟石灰为钙源,与砂制备了砖制品,经养护与矿化(碳化)提高废渣制品的各项性能。研究结果表明:延长矿化时间与增大碳化压力有利于提高制品的力学性能,最优工艺为0.3 MPa加压碳化6 h;加菌碳化后,微生物矿化生成的CaCO3使得制品孔隙变小,孔隙率降低,制品均匀密实。

Preparation of stainless steel slag bricks by microbial mineralization technology

    Abstract:In this paper,smelting waste resource utilization was studied through the technology of microbial mineralization. Brick products were prepared by using of stainless steel slag as cementitious material,lime as calcium source,and sand. After curing and mineralization(carbonation),the performance of brick products were improved hugely. Experiment of microbial mineralization result shows the mechanical properties of products are improving with the increasing of carbonation pressure and the mineralization time. The optimum process is carbonization 6 hours at 0.3 MPa pressure. The new gelled product,calcium carbonate,was formed with microbial mineralization,making the pore aperture of the products become small,the porosity of products become lower. The products become more homogeneous and compacting.
