改性氟石膏用于轻质泡沫混凝土墙体材料性能研究

    摘要:通过掺不同改性剂来缩短氟石膏的凝结时间、激发强度,并将其应用于轻质泡沫混凝土墙体材料。研究表明:复合改性剂C相比改性剂A、B能更好地激发氟石膏的强度,缩短凝结时间。在掺量为0.9%时,其初凝时间为4.5 h,28 d抗压强度为19.51 MPa,无泛霜现象。制备的氟石膏基泡沫混凝土墙体材料密度为338~447 kg/m3,导热系数为0.037~0.054 W/(m·K),保温性能优异。XRD和SEM研究表明,墙体材料水化后产物以长条状二水石膏晶体为主。

Study on properties of modified fluorogypsum for lightweight foam concrete wall materials

    Abstract:Different modifiers are added to shorten the initial setting time and stimulate strength of fluorogypsum,and it is applied to light foamed concrete wall materials. The test shows the composite modifier C can excite the strength of fluorogypsum and shorten the setting time than A and B. Mixing 0.9%,the initial setting time is 4.5 h,and the compressive strength is 19.51 MPa,without frost phenomenon. Test of fluorogypsum based foam concrete wall material shows excellent insulation performance,when its density is 338~447 kg/m3,and thermal conductivity is about 0.037~0.054 W/(m·K). The results of XRD and SEM show long strip gypsum crystal is the main one after hydration of wall material.
