冷凝水冷却式玻璃幕墙构建及模拟

    摘要:提出空调冷凝水冷却式玻璃幕墙的概念,将空调冷凝水流经单层玻璃幕墙表面使幕墙表面降温,提高玻璃幕墙的热工性能,以此阻挡室外热负荷进入室内,降低室内温度。建立了冷凝水冷却式玻璃幕墙传热模型和U值计算公式。在此基础上,通过DeST软件模拟分析夏季不同朝向房间中冷凝水冷却式玻璃幕墙与普通玻璃幕墙对室内自然温度和逐时冷负荷的影响。结果表明,冷凝水冷却式玻璃幕墙能够一定程度地减少夏季室内冷负荷和减弱西晒影响,南向房间冷负荷可降低18.1%~29.4%,西向房间冷负荷可降低15.5%~34.5%。

Construction and simulation of condensate water cooling glass facade

    Abstract:The concept of condensate water cooling glass facade was proposed. The air conditioning condensate water flowed through the surface of single-layer glass facade to cool the facade surface and improve the thermal performance of the glass facade,so as to prevent the outdoor cooling load from entering the room and reduce the indoor temperature. The heat transfer model and U value calculation formula of condensate water cooling glass facade were established. Based on this,the impacts of condensate water cooling glass facade and ordinary glass facade in rooms with different orientation on indoor natural temperature and hourly cooling load were simulated by DeST software. The results show that the cooling load of the condensate water cooling glass facade can weaken west sunshine and reduce the indoor cooling load in summer to a certain extent. The cooling load of the south room decreases by 18.1% to 29.4%,and the cooling load of the west room decreases by 15.5% to 34.5%.
