纳米Al2O3改性三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂微胶囊相变材料的制备

    摘要:将纳米Al2O3加入以正十四醇为囊芯、三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂为囊壁材料的原位聚合微胶囊体系,合成了具有储热性能的纳米Al2O3改性相变微胶囊。采用扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪等对微胶囊的表面形貌、化学组成及热性能进行了表征。结果表明,加入芯材质量5%的纳米A12O3时,制备的微胶囊呈球形,其表面粗糙度和热稳定性均增加,微胶囊的包裹率略有降低,从54.6%降至46.7%。同时,相变微胶囊的过冷度从7.47 ℃降至6.25 ℃。

Preparation of melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin microencapsulated phase-change materials modified by nano-A12O3

    Abstract:The nano-A12O3 composite phase change microcapsules with thermal storage function was prepared by using n-tetradecanol as core and melamine-urea-formaldehyde resin as shell by in-situ polymerization. The surface morphology,chemical composition and thermal properties of the microcapsules were characterized and analyzed by using scanning electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray fluorescence,differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry,respectively. The results show that when the mass ratio of nano-A12O3 to n-tetradecanol is 5%,the modified microencapsulated phase-change material are spherical,and the surface roughness and the thermal stability of microcapsules can be enhanced compared with the pure microcapsules. After adding nano-A12O3,the package rate of microcapsule is slightly lower from 54.6% to 46.7%,and the super-cooling is reduced from 7.47 ℃ to 6.25 ℃.
