塔克拉玛干沙漠砂混凝土配合比研究

    摘要:由于不同地区沙漠砂物化性能的差异性,造成沙漠砂混凝土性能产生差异。采用正交试验方法,考察水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、沙漠砂替代率3个因素对塔克拉玛干沙漠砂混凝土性能的影响规律。结果表明,将塔克拉玛干沙漠砂部分替代天然砂拌制混凝土具有可行性,通过极差和方差分析,各因素对混凝土3 d、7 d、28 d抗压强度影响顺序均为:水胶比>粉煤灰掺量>沙漠砂替代率;对混凝土坍落度的影响顺序为:沙漠砂替代率>水胶比>粉煤灰掺量。综合抗压强度及和易性确定C40沙漠砂混凝土的最佳配合比为:水胶比0.45、粉煤灰掺量10%、沙漠砂替代率30%、砂率40%、减水剂掺量0.45%。

Study on mix ratio of sand concrete in Taklimakan desert

    Abstract:The differences in the physicochemical properties of desert sands in different regions have resulted in great differences in the performance of desert sand concrete. In this paper,orthogonal test method is used to investigate the influence of water-binder ratio,fly ash dosage and desert sand replacement rate on the performance of sand concrete in Taklimakan Desert. The research results show that it is feasible to replace the natural sand mixed with the Taklimakan desert sand,and through the analysis of variance and variance,the influence of compressive strength on concrete for 3 d,7 d and 28 d is:water-binder ratio>fly ash dosage>desert sand replacement rate;the influence law of concrete slump value is:desert sand replacement rate>water-binder ratio>fly ash dosage. Considering the compressive strength and workability,the best mixture ratio of C40 desert sand concrete is determined:water-binder ratio 0.45,fly ash dosage 10%,desert sand replacement rate 30%,sand rate 40%,water reducing agent 0.45%.
