纤维增强型融冰雪混合料优化设计与性能评价

    摘要:对掺加缓释型防冻剂的融冰雪沥青混合料进行设计和性能评价,提出了减少防冻剂对沥青混合料路用性能负面影响的解决方案。通过对融冰雪沥青混合料性能研究发现,添加缓释型防冻剂对沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和抗水损害性能均有不同程度的负面影响,聚酯纤维的加入可以提升融冰雪沥青混合料的路用性能。同时,对纤维增强型融冰雪沥青混合料进行了融冰试验、冰层压裂试验和拉拔试验,从不同角度评价混合料的融冰效果。结果表明,融冰雪沥青混合料可有效降低冰与路面的粘结,有利于保持沥青路面的抗滑性能。

Optimization design and performance evaluation of fiber reinforced snow and ice melting mixture

    Abstract:The design and performance evaluation of ice-melting asphalt mixture with slow-release antifreeze are carried out,and a solution to reduce the negative impact of antifreeze on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture is proposed. It is found that the addition of slow-release antifreeze has different negative effects on the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture,and the addition of polyester fiber can improve the road performance of the asphalt mixture. At the same time,the ice melting test,ice fracturing test and drawing test are carried out on the fiber reinforced ice-melting asphalt mixture,and the ice melting effect of the mixture was evaluated from different angles. The results show that the ice-melt asphalt mixture can effectively reduce the adhesion between ice and pavement,and be beneficial to maintain the skid resistance of asphalt pavement.
