聚合物封边砂浆的研制与应用

摘要：通过原材料筛选、配比设计和试验，研制了用于装配式混凝土预制构件坐浆层封边或分仓的聚合物封边砂浆。将砂浆按使用环境温度要求，分为常温型聚合物和低温型聚合物封边砂浆，其各项性能均能满足夏季和冬季施工需求。工程应用效果良好。

Abstract：Through the screening of raw materials，proportioning design and experiment，this paper developed a polymer edge-sealing mortar for the edge-sealing or segregation of the grouting layer of prefabricated concrete components. According to the requirements of ambient temperature，it is divided into normal temperature polymer edge-sealing mortar and low temperature polymer edge-sealing mortar. Its performance can meet the construction needs of summer and winter. The engineering application effect is good.
