水性多彩建筑涂料的贮存稳定性及改善措施研究

    摘要:研究了羟乙基纤维素增稠剂、非离子聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂、阴离子丙烯酸碱溶涨增稠剂和疏水改性碱溶性乳液型增稠剂4种增稠剂对水性多彩涂料黏度、施工性及热贮存稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:在所选用量下,4种增稠剂因各自增稠机理不同,对黏度的提升效果及施工性影响差异显著;非离子聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂增稠后的涂料无法满足施工性要求;在满足施工性要求的增稠体系中,只有用量为1.34%以下的阴离子丙烯酸碱溶涨增稠剂增稠后多彩涂料的热贮存稳定性符合HG/T 4343—2012《水性多彩建筑涂料》标准要求。

Study on the storage stability of colorful waterborne latex coating and its improvement measures

    Abstract:The effect of hydroxyethyl cellulose thickener,polyurethane polymerization thickener,alkali soluble thickener, and hydrophobic modified acrylic thickener on the viscosity,constructability and thermal storage stability of colorful waterborne latex coating was investigated. The obtained results indicate that four thickeners have different impact on the viscosity and constructability of coating due to their different thickening mechanisms. The coating thickened by polyurethane polymerization thickener could not meet the requirement of constructability. Among the thickener systems meeting the requirement of constructability,only coatings that thickened by alkali soluble thickener under the 1.34% dosage was in line with the stability in the standard HG/T 4343—2012 "Colorful Waterborne Coatings".
