反应型三元共聚物复合改性沥青及其混合料性能研究

    摘要:采用沥青针入度体系及薄膜烘箱老化试验评价RET复合改性沥青的高低温性能,通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、弯曲梁流变试验(BBR)评价RET复合改性沥青的流变特性,基于室内试验对比了RET与不同改性剂复合改性沥青与5%SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能与抗疲劳耐久性。结果表明:掺加RET使沥青的感温性、抗老化性能、高温流变特性得到显著改善;RET/SBS、RET/橡胶粉复合改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性和水稳定性明显优于5%SBS改性沥青混合料;RET/SBS复合改性沥青混合料更适用于高温重载地区沥青路面,RET/SBR复合改性沥青混合料在寒冷地区有较好的适用性。

Properties of reactive terpolymer composited modified asphalt and asphalt mixture

    Abstract:The high-low temperature performance of RET composite modified asphalt was evaluated by the asphalt penetration system and thin film oven aging test. The rheological properties of RET composite modified asphalt were evaluated by shear rheological test(DSR) and curved beam rheological test(BBR). The road performance and fatigue resistance of different RET
composite modified asphalt and 5% SBS modified asphalt mixture were compared based on laboratory tests. The results show that the addition of RET makes the temperature sensitivity,anti-aging property and high temperature rheological properties of asphalt significantly improved. The low temperature crack resistance and water stability of RET composite SBS and RET composite rubber powder modified asphalt mixture are obviously better than 5% SBS modified asphalt mixture,RET composite SBS modified asphalt mixture is more suitable for high temperature and heavy load asphalt pavement. RET composite SBR modified asphalt mixture has good applicability in cold regions.
