酯醚共聚型聚羧酸减水剂敏感性及工程应用研究

    摘要:研究对比了酯醚共聚型聚羧酸减水剂与其他类型减水剂的敏感性及工程应用效果。结果表明,此类减水剂可降低对混凝土掺量、用水量、温度和含泥量的敏感性,且和易性好,稳泡效果佳,可提高高强度等级混凝土的柔软度,在低温环境下,释放均匀、分散性较好,不滞后泌水,可保证冬季混凝土的施工性能。该产品可广泛应用于箱梁、T梁、无砟轨道、自密实混凝土、地铁管片等工程。

Study on the sensitivity and engineering application of ester-ether copolymer polycarboxylate water reducer

    Abstract:In this paper,the sensitivity and engineering application effect of ester ether copolymer polycarboxylate superplasticizer and other superplasticizers were studied and compared. The test results show that this kind of water reducing agent can reduce the sensitivity to concrete content,water consumption,temperature and mud content,and has good workability,good effect of stabilizing foam,and can improve the softness of high grade concrete. In low temperature environment,it can release evenly,disperse well,and not delay bleeding,thus ensuring the construction performance of concrete in winter. Products are widely used in box girder,T-beam,ballastless track,self-compacting concrete,metro segments and other projects.
