高适应性液体低碱速凝剂的制备及性能研究

摘要：介绍了一种液体低碱速凝剂LA-10的常温制备方法及性能特点，研究了该速凝剂与不同水泥的适应性，并与液体有碱速凝剂和液体无碱速凝剂进行了对比试验。结果表明，该液体低碱速凝剂LA-10具有稳定性好，低温下无结晶，凝结硬化快，1 d、28 d抗压强度比及90 d抗压强度保留率高等优点，且在较低掺量（5%~8%）下对不同的水泥具有广泛的适应性。

Research on synthesis and properties of a liquid low alkali flash setting admixture with high compatibility

Abstract：This paper presents the preparation method at room tempreture and performance characteristics of a liquid low alkali flash setting admixture LA-10. The adaptability of the LA-10 to different cement was studied，and compared with alkali liquid flash setting admixture and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture. The results show that the LA-10 has advantages of good stability，no crystallization at low temperature，fast condensation，high 1 d compressive strength and compressive strength ratio at 28 d，and high retention rate of 90 d compressive strength，and has widely adaptability to different cement at lower dosages（5%~8%）.
