低敏感型聚羧酸减水剂的研制与评价

    摘要:采用4-羟丁基乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(VPEG)与丙烯酸等不饱和单体,通过氧化还原引发体系进行溶液自由基聚合制得低敏感型聚羧酸减水剂。通过敏感性评价结果表明,该合成方法制备得到的聚羧酸减水剂与国外同类产品相比,具有较低的掺量敏感性和温度敏感性,用水量敏感性相当。

Preparation and evaluation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with low sensitivity

    Abstract:A polycarboxylate acid copolymer is obtained by free radical solution polymerization with an unsaturated monomer such as acrylic acid and 4-hydroxybutyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether(VPEG) through a redox initiation system. The sensitivity
evaluation test results showed that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by this synthesis method has lower dosage sensitivity and temperature sensitivity,and the water consumption sensitivity performance is equivalent compared with similar foreign products.
