低温养护制度对套筒灌浆料性能影响

    摘要:采用硫铝酸盐水泥为套筒灌浆料的胶凝材料,通过缓凝剂和减水剂调控套筒灌浆料的凝结时间及流动度,并考察了低温条件下养护制度对套筒灌浆料性能的影响规律。结果表明,缓凝剂不仅可以调控浆体的凝结时间,而且可以增大浆体的流动度,其最佳掺量为0.65%;预养护可显著改善套筒灌浆料在负温条件下的力学性能,5 ℃预养护4 h后-5 ℃恒温养护,其3 d抗压强度为46.9 MPa,28 d抗压强度为87.2 MPa;开发的套筒灌浆料可用于最低气温不低于-5 ℃下的灌浆施工。

Effect of curing conditions on the performance of grout under low temperature

    Abstract:CSA cement was used as cementitious material to study grout,the setting time and flowability of grout were regulated by retarder and superplasticizer,and the effect of curing conditions on the performance of grout was studied under low temperature. The results showed that,retarder regulated both of the setting time and flowability of grout,the optimum mix amount of retarder was 0.65%;the mechanical properties of grout under negative temperature were improved by pre-curing,when the time of pre-curing at 5 ℃ was 4 h,the compressive strength of grout curing at -5 ℃ after 3 days was 46.9 MPa,and 87.2 MPa after 28 days;the grout can be used for the area where the minimum temperature is above -5 ℃ in winter.
