改性生土基免烧砖的制备及抗压性能试验研究

    摘要:以汉中地区素土为原料,利用工业废弃物矿渣微粉、粉煤灰和天然农业废弃物剑麻纤维为改性剂制备了生土基免烧砖,通过试验分别研究了生土与矿粉和粉煤灰的质量比、矿渣微粉与粉煤灰质量比及添加天然剑麻纤维对生土砖力学性能的影响。结果表明:在矿粉与粉煤灰质量比一定时,随着m(生土)∶m(矿粉+粉煤灰)从2.0增大到3.0,改性生土砖的抗压强度降幅最大为29.66%;在m(生土)∶m(矿粉+粉煤灰)一定时,随着矿粉与粉煤灰质量比的减小,改性生土砖的抗压强度降幅最大为18.80%;掺入0.5%的剑麻纤维时,生土基免烧砖的抗压强度降幅最大为14.80%,但添加剑麻纤维的生土砖抗压破坏表现出明显的塑性特征。

Experimental study on the preparation and compressive performance of unfired brick on raw-soil

    Abstract:Raw soil based unfired bricks are prepared by using the natural waste slag powder,fly ash and reborn sisal fiber resources as modifiers with Hanzhong soil as raw material. The effect of raw soil content,mass ratio of slag powder to fly ash and sisal fiber on mechanical properties of raw soil brick was investigated. The results showed that the compressive strength of modified raw soil brick decreases to a maximum of 29.66% with the increase of raw soil content and raw soil/(slag powder+fly ash) from 2.0 to 3.0. When raw soil/(slag powder+fly ash)is fixed,the compressive strength of modified raw soil brick decreases to a maximum of 18.80% with the increase of fly ash ratio. Sisal fiber added could reduce the compressive strength and the maximum reduction rate was 14.80%,But the bricks with hemp fiber show obvious plastic characteristics.
