装配式自配合龙骨及墙板的研发

摘要：兼顾自配合龙骨制备装配式墙板的生产工艺、包装运输便捷性、墙板间拼接工艺及接缝处理工艺等研发了适合工厂化生产的专用自配合龙骨及装配式墙板。试验结果表明，该装配式自配合龙骨及墙板建造的装配式墙体的保温节能效果良好，具有工艺便捷及施工效率高的显著特点。

Research and development of self-matching light steel keel and prefabricated gypsum wallboard

Abstract：Taking into account the production process of self-matching keel preparation，the convenience of packaging and transportation，the splicing process between wall panels and the joint treatment process，we have developed special self-matching keels and prefabricated wall panels suitable for factory production. The test results show that the prefabricated wall from the self-matching keel and wall panel has good thermal insulation and energy saving effect，and has the remarkable features of convenient process and high construction efficiency.
