酰胺型聚羧酸减水剂的制备及其性能研究

摘要:以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)与丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,采用两步合成法制备酰胺型聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果表明,当n(AMPS)∶n(AM)=1.5∶8.5,n(丙烯酸)∶n(酰胺化活性单元)∶n(聚醚大单体)=0.85∶0.15∶0.35,聚醚大单体采用HPEG时,合成的酰胺型聚羧酸减水剂性能达到最佳。减水剂(固含量40%)掺量为0.5%时,新拌混凝土初始坍落度220 mm,1 h经时损失15 mm,混凝土3 d抗压强度达到设计值的42%,28 d抗压强度达到设计值的115%。

Synthesis and performance of amides polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:A new type of amides polycarboxylate superplasticizer was two-step synthesized by maleic anhydride(MAH),acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamide,2-methyl-propylene sulfonic acid (AMPS). When n(AMPS)∶n(AM)=1.5∶8.5,n(acrylic acid)∶
n(amidation activity units)∶n(polyether monomer)=0.85∶0.15∶0.35,using HPEG,the amides polycarboxylate superplasticizer achieved optimal performance. When the solid content of the superplasticizer is 0.5%,the initial slump of fresh concrete is 220 mm,the 1h over time loss is 15 mm,and the 3 d strength of concrete test block reached 42% of the design value,and the 28 d strength reached 115%.
