基于胶浆流动度的植生混凝土配制技术试验研究

    摘要:选用石灰岩碎石、普通硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰及偏高岭土制备植生混凝土,探究不同水胶比及不同掺合料掺量下胶浆流动度对植生混凝土孔隙率、透水系数及抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着掺合料掺量的增加,胶浆流动度均下降;当胶浆流动度为210~240 mm时混凝土的透水系数保持稳定,孔隙率接近目标孔隙率30%,抗压强度达到目标抗压强度7.0 MPa。

Experimental study on preparation technology of planted concrete based on mortar fluidity

    Abstract:In this paper,limestone macadam,ordinary Portland cement,fly ash and metakaolin are selected to prepare plant concrete,and the effects of cement fluidity on porosity,permeability coefficient and compressive strength of plant concrete under different water-binder ratio and admixture content are explored. The results show that the fluidity of cement decreases with the increase of admixture content,when the fluidity of cement is 210~240 mm,the permeability coefficient of concrete remains stable,the porosity is close to the target porosity of 30%,and the compressive strength reaches the target compressive strength of 7.0 MPa.
