不同温度下新型缓凝剂对混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:在配合比、成型条件不变且混凝土拌合物凝结时间相近的前提下,研究了0 ℃低温、25 ℃常温及40 ℃高温时不同类型缓凝剂和自制的新型缓凝剂对混凝土的性能影响。结果表明,无论在低温、常温或高温条件下,在混凝土凝结时间相近的前提下,掺自制新型缓凝剂的混凝土在抗压强度、坍落度损失方面都优于掺其它类型缓凝剂的,较好地推迟水泥的水化反应。

Effect of new retarder on concrete performance at different temperatures

    Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of no changing mix proportion and molding condition of several retarder and new retarder with similar concrete mix setting time,compare the performance effect of different retarder and self-made new retarder on concrete under 0 ℃,25 ℃ and 40 ℃. The test results show that no matter in low temperature/normal temperature or high temperature,the new retarder will be better than other types in the compressive strength and the loss of collapse degree,better defer hydration reaction of the cement.
